Events/Outdoor – Team building

For special groups we can create thematic events connected with local culture and history. An event can be organised as an excursion or party or can be used as a presentation, prize trip or a unique evening event. The themes and possibilities are numerous: from ancient Rome to medieval times or to the 19th century.  We can include wine tasting with a sommelier or presentation of old arts and crafts. An event can be competitive with fun questions which will get the participants acquainted with the cultural historical monuments of the region. One of the  special features is the drive with SUVs through the old Parenzana railroad track.
For those in favour of active holidays we have prepaired various programmes which can also be used for „team building“. The difficulty of the activities can be flexible according to the client's wishes and the ability of participants. Team building programmes are created to strengthen the bond among co-workers, but to be fun as well. The programmes are tailor made and accomodated to each group according to time frame, number of participants and difficulty of activity.

-    speleo adventure - discovering the subterranean world, unusual natural shapes of speleological objects with expert speleologists. We recommend carsic caves of north-eastern and central Istria
-    biking / cycling - riding down forest roads and fields of Ćićarija & Učka
-    sea kayaking - kayaking under the carsic cliffs between Brsec and Brestova
-    free climbing / absail : a full day or a half-day climbing of rocks, basic alpine techniques, abseil - descend by rope, not very demanding directions and heights

Some of the team building activities offered:
orientation in nature – a full day or a half day activity of orientation in nature with the help of a map and GPS.
tackling obstacles – problem solving assignments within the teams
team cooking – a fun and competitive activity of prepairing food in a traditional way
traditional sports olympics – a competition in traditional sports games
food tasting in nature – finding, tasting and recognising the foods from nature available to participants.
